To deliver your order to you – without it we could not process your order.

Your payment information

All payments when placing orders via our website are taken by the payment gateway Paypal.

The only information we at PaperDaisies Craft Supplies see are the customer’s email address, customer’s postal address and PayPal transaction ID.

We do not see or have access to any credit card details keeping our customers safe and ourselves safe.

How do we use your purchase history?

To provide customer service and support, and handle returns.

To find out what you and other customers like to make good decisions.

Sharing your information

We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address, email address or credit card information. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe this is essential in order do that.

We need to keep your order history data for a period to assist with processing your order and to be able to offer good customer service relating to older orders. Also in reality, we need to keep records for 7 years to comply with HMRC and Vat requirements.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
